Chicken and Chorizo pasta bake!

I love pasta I could live off pasta for the rest of my life, if I'm completely honest! This pasta bake was good it certainly made my mouth water.  Also makes a fantastic comfort food! The tomato undertones of the passata used for the sauce and the notes of chorizo flavouring all through this bake; makes it all a very deep flavoured meal without much effort. The recipe used to make this bake calls for a lot of meat,  4 chicken breasts and a whole chorizo sausage.  Now that seems like a lot in the pan. However the quantities are just right good old American recipes for you.  The pasta to meat ratio is spot on. Although we used 5 chicken breasts and half a chorizo not to drown the bake in chorizo flavouring.  But all was so spot on with this bake. The blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top making a stringy golden crust of goodness. The meat to pasta ratio and the tomato undertones throughout make this a cracking dish that I would highly recommend.
